What is a flag placement service?

This is a subscription service that places a flag in your yard on four patriotic holidays throughout the year:

Memorial Day
Flag Day
Independence Day
Veteran’s Day

These 3’ x 5’ flags are high-quality, outdoor US flags with embroidered stars, sewn stripes and brass grommets.

The flags are attached to 7-ft metal posts and placed in your yard in the early morning of each holiday and then removed at dusk.

What does this service cost?

The annual subscription is $50/year. The service begins at the next holiday and continues through the next 11 months of holidays. For example, if you sign up before Independence Day, your service will proceed through Flag Day in the following year.

Service details

Once you fill out the form, Zack will communicate with you to answer any questions, discuss where to place the flag, and facilitate payment (cash, check, Venmo, Cash app).
Either sometime before the holiday or even the morning of the holiday, Zack will head over to your place and drive a 12-inch PVC sheath into the ground at the location you indicate. This sheath will be driven into the ground at grade (at ground level) and oriented at a slight angle towards the street.
Early on the morning of the holiday, Zack will show up and insert a flag into the sheath.
At dusk, Zack will again show up and remove the flag.

Note: The flags we fly are all-weather and thus can fly in pretty much any weather as per US code. The only instance when we might not be able to place flags is when safety is at risk, such as with snow or ice.

I’m 17 years old. My family and I live in Monett. I started this flag business when my family and I lived in Colorado so that I could earn money for my future, and I wanted to start it back up after getting settled here in Monett.
